On Thursday, October 12, 2006, JAAA hosted a reception at the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens for its members and friends featuring Japan in Jacksonville: The Cummer Collection of Japanese Prints.
Sushi Rock Cafe, China King Buffet, Riverside Liquors, Nationwide Liquors, and Kilwins Ice Cream donated food and beverages.
Carousel Flowers, owned and operated by Kevin and Ann Nguyen, donated a beautiful Japanese flower arrangement.

We enjoyed the event and so did my friends. They are planning to attend your next event. I would like to see more events focused on culture such as Asian cooking, exhibition, culture, etc. We like JAAA because your events are classy and fun. Good job!
Congratulations to your group for putting together a great event. It was just the right mix of socializing, art, music, and food. The woodblock prints were so impressive! It reminded me that I definitely don't get a chance to experience the arts as much as I'd like. Please keep us updated on your upcoming events. We are very much interested in getting more involved with your organization.
